Power Apps developers

We build Power Apps for teams still running on spreadsheets and paper.

We turn Excel trackers, paper forms and approvals by email into Power Apps that run inside your own Microsoft 365. Every app starts with a short requirements workshop with the people who will use it, and you get a fixed price before we build anything.

What we build in Power Apps.

The apps we get asked for tend to start as a spreadsheet or a paper form that has outgrown the people looking after it. These are the ones we build most often.

Inspections and audits

Checklists filled in on a phone or tablet on site, with photos and signatures, and the results back in SharePoint before you have left the building.

Defect and issue tracking

Faults logged once, sent to the right person by Power Automate and tracked through to close, so nothing sits in somebody's inbox.

Requests and approvals

Purchase, training, holiday and IT requests with an approval flow behind them and a record of who agreed what and when.

Registers that outgrew Excel

Asset, risk, training and contract registers moved into SharePoint lists or Dataverse, with proper permissions and no more emailed copies.

Field data capture

Visit reports, stock counts and incident reports captured where the work happens, on the device people already carry.

Document processing

Apps that take documents in and do something with them, such as an AI redaction app we built that finds personal data in Word and PDF files for a person to check.

How we build your app.

01

Workshop

We sit down with the people who will use the app, map the process and the data, and agree what the first version needs to do. You get a fixed price at the end of it.
02

Design

The screens, the data model in SharePoint or Dataverse and any approval flows are agreed with you before we start building.
03

Build

We build in short sprints and show you the app working as it comes together, so changes are made early rather than at the end.
04

Test and train

Your users test it against real cases, and we train them and whoever is going to look after the app afterwards.
05

Go live and support

We deploy it into your Microsoft 365 tenant and stay on hand for fixes, changes and the next version.

What it is like to work with us.

“We now have instant access to any new defects that are created, greatly increasing our ability to react and deal with defects. The applications have been well received by the crew, which they have found easy to use.”

Stewart MairFleet Technical Reliability Operations Manager, CalMac

“Their approach to understanding our organisation, values, goals and challenges, helped them deliver on our brief with excellent communications and support throughout.”

Sheila HanneyHead of Staff Development, Policy and Practice, Key and Community Lifestyles

A Power App we have delivered.

Defect reporting across 33 ships

CalMac's crews log defects in a Power App, Power Automate tells supervisors and technicians straight away, a second app records the action taken, and Power BI gives management a view across the fleet. About 1,700 staff work from the same information, with an auditable trail for every defect.

Power Apps questions.

How much does it cost to build a Power App?

We give you a fixed price after a requirements workshop. The price depends on the number of screens, the approval flows behind the app and the systems it needs to connect to. Our Power Apps cost guide covers what drives the price and what you pay Microsoft for licences.

How long does it take to build a Power App?

A simple app takes 2 to 4 weeks. An app with approval flows, a Dataverse data model and connections to other systems takes 6 to 12 weeks from the workshop to a tested app in your tenant.

Do we need extra Microsoft licences?

Not always. Microsoft 365 lets people use apps built on SharePoint lists and Excel files. Apps that use Dataverse, premium connectors or systems outside Microsoft 365 need Power Apps Premium, and we will tell you which applies before you commit.

Can you turn our Excel spreadsheet into an app?

Yes, and it is one of the most common starting points. We move the data into a SharePoint list or Dataverse rather than leaving the app pointed at the spreadsheet, so several people can use it at once without overwriting each other.

Who looks after the app once it is live?

We train the people who will look after it, and we offer ongoing support for fixes, changes and new features if you would rather we kept hold of it.

Tell us about the app you need.

What the process is today, roughly how many people would use the app and where the data lives now. We will come back to you within one working day to arrange a call, or you can ring us on 01786 595 005.
